Accessibility Statement

Yes Clinic wants people to be able to use this site regardless of ability or the technology they use. Health care is not something anyone should be locked out of by a website.

What we are working toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are not claiming full conformance today. We test as we build and fix what we find, and we would rather tell you honestly where we are than display a badge we have not earned.

What we have done so far

  • Text and background colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios, with several corrected.
  • Interactive controls sized to meet minimum target sizes on touch screens.
  • A visible keyboard focus indicator, so people navigating by keyboard can see where they are.
  • Form fields sized to avoid unwanted zooming on mobile.
  • Meaningful images given alternative text; decorative images marked so screen readers skip them.
  • Layouts tested at mobile, tablet and desktop widths without horizontal scrolling.
  • Motion kept purposeful, with reduced-motion preferences respected.

Known gaps

We are aware of some heading-order inconsistencies on category pages, which we are correcting. If you find something else, we want to hear about it.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site is difficult to use, email support@yesclinic.com with the subject line Accessibility. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you know it.

We aim to respond within five business days. If something blocks you from getting care, say so and we will prioritise it and help you complete what you were trying to do another way in the meantime.

Getting help another way

If you cannot complete something on the site, email support@yesclinic.com or write to Yes Clinic, 1712 Pioneer Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, and we will find another way to help you.
