Your Privacy Choices

This page explains the choices you have about your personal information at Yes Clinic, and how to use them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

Do we sell or share your personal information?

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising and measurement tools from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), which may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CPRA.

We never share your health information, your intake answers, your prescriptions or your order contents for advertising. What may be shared is limited to standard website identifiers such as cookie IDs, device information and pages viewed.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information – use this link to opt out. We also honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you, and why.
• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct personal information that is inaccurate.
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to the limits below.
• Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and of profiling used for significant decisions.
• Limit how we use sensitive personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Using them will never change the price you pay or the care you receive.

An important limit on deletion

Medical records are different from marketing data. When a licensed provider treats you, that consultation and any prescription become part of a medical record, and federal and state law require those records to be kept for a set period. We cannot delete them on request, even if you close your account.

We can still delete marketing and account data that is not part of your medical record. If you ask us to delete everything, we will tell you plainly what we removed and what we are required to keep.

How to make a request

Email support@yesclinic.com with the subject line Privacy Request, and tell us which right you want to use.

To protect your information we will verify your identity before we act, and we may ask for details that match what we already hold. We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and to respond within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need more time.

Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to make a request for you. We will ask for written proof that you gave them permission, and we may still need to verify your identity directly.

Communication preferences

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any marketing message, or by emailing us. We will still send messages about your care, your prescriptions and your orders, because those are not marketing.

Cookies

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as keeping items in your cart and keeping you signed in.

We also use advertising and measurement cookies from Meta Platforms, Inc. so that we can measure whether our ads reach the right people. These do not run on our product pages, on our lab pages, or on the quiz, and they are switched off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

You can change your choice at any time using the Manage cookie preferences button at the bottom of this page, or through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
