Privacy Policy

Effective July 30, 2026

This policy explains what Yes Clinic collects about you, why, who we give it to, and what you can decide. We have tried to write it in plain English, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.

Who this covers

This policy covers yesclinic.com and the services offered through it. Yes Clinic is a telehealth platform. When you request treatment, a licensed healthcare professional reviews your information and decides whether a prescription is appropriate.

The clinicians who treat you keep their own medical records about your care. Those records are governed by health-privacy law, including HIPAA where it applies, and by the clinician’s own obligations. This policy explains what Yes Clinic does with your information.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details — name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, date of birth.
  • Health information — your intake answers, medical history, medications, allergies, symptoms, height and weight, and anything you tell a provider through the platform.
  • Identity information — where a treatment requires us to confirm who you are or how old you are.
  • Payment information — card details are collected and processed by our payment processor. Yes Clinic does not store full card numbers.
  • Messages — what you send to support or to your provider.

Information we receive from others

  • Results from the laboratory that performs any bloodwork you order.
  • Dispensing and shipment information from the pharmacy that fills your prescription.
  • Confirmation of payment or failure from our payment processor.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in and keeping items in your cart. See Your Privacy Choices.

Why we use it

  • To let a licensed provider review your case and decide whether treatment is appropriate.
  • To have your prescription dispensed and delivered to you.
  • To arrange and return any laboratory testing you order.
  • To take payment and manage subscriptions, refunds and disputes.
  • To provide support and to reach you about your care, your orders and safety matters.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
  • To improve the service, using aggregated or de-identified information wherever possible.

We do not use your health information to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, and only with:

  • The licensed providers who review your case and treat you.
  • Licensed U.S. pharmacies that dispense and ship your prescription.
  • Clinical laboratories that perform any testing you order.
  • Service providers who work on our behalf — payment processing, shipping, hosting, communications and customer support — under contracts that limit them to that purpose.
  • Legal and safety — where the law requires it, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or to prevent serious harm.
  • Business transfers — if Yes Clinic is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that. We will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. See Your Privacy Choices.

How long we keep it

Medical records must be retained for periods set by federal and state law, and we cannot delete them on request even if you close your account. Information that is not part of a medical record — marketing preferences, some account data — is kept only as long as we need it, and then deleted or de-identified.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls that limit who can see what. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, delete and export your information, opt out of marketing, and exercise state-specific rights. How to do that — and the one important limit on deletion — is set out on Your Privacy Choices.

Residents of California, Washington, Nevada, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with consumer-privacy or consumer-health-data laws have specific rights, including rights over health data that sits outside HIPAA. We honour those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

Yes Clinic is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Where your information is handled

Yes Clinic operates in the United States, and your information is processed here.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your information — for example, if we begin using advertising or analytics tools — we will tell you before it takes effect.
