These terms govern your use of yesclinic.com and the services offered through it. By using the site or requesting a consultation, you agree to them. Please read the section on limits and disputes — it affects your legal rights.

What Yes Clinic is, and is not

Yes Clinic is a technology platform that connects you with licensed healthcare professionals and licensed U.S. pharmacies. Yes Clinic does not practise medicine. Clinical decisions are made by the licensed provider who reviews your case, using their own professional judgement.

This is not emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Information about conditions and treatments is general and is not a substitute for a consultation.

Who can use Yes Clinic

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must be physically located in a U.S. state where we operate. Services are not available in all states.
• You must be requesting treatment for yourself, and you must give accurate and complete information.
• You may not resell, share or redistribute any medication obtained through Yes Clinic.

Consultations and prescriptions

• Submitting an intake form is a request for a consultation. It does not guarantee a prescription.
• A provider may decline to prescribe, may prescribe something different from what you requested, or may require bloodwork first. That is a clinical judgement made in your interest.
• If a provider declines to prescribe, you are not charged for medication.
• Some products are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and their safety and effectiveness have not been evaluated by the FDA.
• Read our Important Safety Information before starting any treatment.

Pricing, payment and subscriptions

• Prices are shown on each product page and may change. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.
• Some plans renew automatically until you cancel. Where a plan renews, that is stated before you buy.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund an order already dispensed.
• Consultation fees, where charged, cover the provider’s review and are not refundable once the review has happened.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timelines are estimates. See our Returns and Refunds policy, which explains what can and cannot be returned. Prescription medication that has been dispensed generally cannot be returned or resold, for safety reasons.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and do not share them. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service — no attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping, interfering with the site’s operation, impersonating anyone, or providing false information to obtain a prescription. Providing false health information to obtain medication is dangerous and may be unlawful.

Intellectual property

The content, design, branding and software on this site belong to Yes Clinic or its licensors. You may use the site for its intended purpose; you may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yes Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits the professional responsibility of the licensed providers who treat you.

Disputes

We would rather fix a problem than argue about it — contact support@yesclinic.com first and give us a chance to put it right.

{DISPUTE_RESOLUTION_CLAUSE — arbitration vs. courts, class-action waiver, and any opt-out window. This must be drafted by counsel; the wording determines enforceability and varies by state.}

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of {GOVERNING_LAW_STATE}, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
