Effective July 30, 2026
Prescription medication is different from ordinary retail. Once a medication has been dispensed to you, it cannot be returned to stock or given to anyone else — that is a safety rule, not a commercial one. This page explains what that means in practice, and what we will do when something goes wrong.
Prescription medication
Dispensed prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded, because once it has left the pharmacy its storage and handling can no longer be verified. This applies even if the package is unopened.
This is standard across licensed U.S. pharmacies and exists to protect patients.
When we will make it right
Contact us and we will replace or refund, at no cost to you, if:
- Your order arrives damaged, or the seal is broken.
- You receive the wrong item or the wrong strength.
- Your order is lost in transit and does not arrive.
- The medication arrives in a condition that makes it unsafe to use.
Tell us as soon as you notice. Photographs of the packaging and label help us resolve it quickly. Do not use a medication you believe is damaged or incorrect.
If a provider does not prescribe
If a provider reviews your intake and decides treatment is not appropriate for you, you are not charged for medication. Where a consultation fee applies, it covers the provider’s clinical review, which has already taken place, and is not refundable.
Orders not yet dispensed
If your order has not yet been dispensed by the pharmacy, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once dispensing has begun we can no longer stop it.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund an order that has already been dispensed or shipped.
If you cancel shortly after a renewal charge and the order has not yet been dispensed, contact us — we will refund it.
Laboratory testing
Lab orders can be refunded before the sample is collected or the kit is used. Once testing has been performed, the cost cannot be refunded.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we approve a refund we issue it as quickly as we can, and your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Disposing of medication safely
Do not flush medication or put it in household rubbish unless the label says you can. Use a drug take-back location or a pharmacy disposal programme. The FDA publishes guidance at fda.gov/drugdisposal.
